(no subject)

Today I was home sick again. I do not know where I got this crap, but it was no fun. Tonight I am feeling a lot more like myself. I ate a good supper, have been drinking water, and even managed to do a little laundry.

And it's a good thing I AM feeling better, because tomorrow my in-laws are going to visit! They called this afternoon asking if tomorrow would be okay. I guess they want to see the new house, but OMG it is not in any shaped to be viewed right now! I hope they will understand.

They are going to bring two of my littlest nieces with them and I plan on taking the kids a couple of blocks over to a playground. Usually the older of the girls gets in trouble for running around too much, so I figure I'll take her over there and let her run around to her heart's content.

We found out from our outlet tester that our adapter thingy in one living room outlet is showing as grounded. That's pretty awesome. None of the others are, so I'm not sure why that one is special. But it is the one where we have the TV plugged in, so that's a good one to be grounded.

Pres Man hurt his back today helping some gamers move. We got some of those thermacare heat wraps tonight and I think that will help.

Now I have to figure out how to make this house more presentable for company. Ay yi yi.
