OUCH. OMFG OUCH OUCH OUCH!

The chiropractor said "Hey, you did a great job with the icing last night because everything is moving way better than I expected today!" And then he cracked the hell out of me and I AM FRIGGIN' SORE NOW OKAY.

I'm going to give myself a night off. Or at least off until the ibuprofen kicks in hardcore.

I'm going to chat with Kiwi.

Owie :( I hope you feel better soon, have you tried using Tiger Balm?

I don't know what Tiger Balm is, but maybe I will have to find some!

I have been to the chiropractor many times and i do think it did help with my chronic headaches and a bit with the sinus issues...I wish i could afford to go more often.

however after it was over I was never sore, i felt nothing but a wonderful peaceful sleepy feeling after. This might be because i pop my back and neck like 20 times a day myself...but regardless did he say it was normal to be sore?

Do you use rice bags for heat? That seems to help my family alot. It's just a wool sock filled with rice and sewn shut. Then you pop it in the microwave for a couple of minutes...good stuff.

Also tiger balm. good stuff. get the white mild kind. not the red one.

I think it is affecting my sinuses! I'm hoping it will open them up more and keep them healthier.

I usually pop my back a lot too, but lately I have been afraid to because I don't want to undo what he has done.

I have not tried any heat yet; I have been craving a warm bath but he's told me to just ice it so far, so I have made due with a shower.

Thanks for the Tiger Balm advice. Since you two both recommended it I will have to look into that.
